The Corner is designed to reinforce the urban design strategies of Boulder, CO and to contribute to great place-making. ‘Lanterns’ on the corners invite and embrace the community through creative programming and welcoming architecture. Affordable housing, senior housing, micro apartments, shops, food hall, rock-climbing gym, dance theater, and intimate parks and paseos weave together to create an energetic community.
