This award-winning 'vertical city of gardens' features a low-rise base with sunken gardens, serving as a key gateway to Dubai. The project includes nearly 12M sf of office, residential, hospitality, and leisure space across three towers. An oasis of sunken gardens, skylit lobbies, and seasonal courtyards creates shaded passages year-round, fostering a microclimate. The towers rise above a water garden, while a ten-story 'emerald spa/conference center' is suspended over the pool.
The design, shaped by sunlight and wind, incorporates optimized views, moderate glass usage, and perforated screens inspired by Arabian lattices with integrated photovoltaic panels. Sustainable living includes wind turbines and reclaimed gray water for pools and landscaping. Heritage Project
