Four buildings are cement-board clad in varied heather, gray, and sage tones of the landscape, with crafted wood balconies. Eight stair/breezeways with perforated windbreaks are punctuated by ‘bloom’ colored stucco for personal identity; three extend toward the street as translucent ‘lanterns’.
