Organized onto four levels, this museum is a dynamic cultural anchor in the Reno streetscape with its black sheet metal fa├žade curving graciously along the edge of the site. Drawing from the urban context of downtown Reno and the distant views of the Black Rock Desert, the museum appears to float above its site as an eloquent box for art as it frames a series of well scaled and formed galleries, choreographed in a sequence for memorable visual experiences. Completed as william p. bruder architect ltd..
