Reception is centered on the Great Majlis with an open fire; family gatherings are collected in a wedge of rooms spanning the cliff, connected by an inclined lift and a promenade of gardens and pools. The houses are arranged in a fan around a dramatic belvedere, each marked with a luminous wind tower—welcome lanterns in the night.
